Customs and Import Taxes:
We ship from a Canada address in the Greater Toronto area, so any orders sent to the USA can face import processing fees and import taxes. All UPS processing fees and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. There are absolutely no refunds on orders shipped to the USA.
Process:
1. Place your order and make a payment. You wil then receive a “order processing” email.
2. On the business day your order is to be dispatched, check your order notes section for the tracking details. You can find this by logging in and accessing your account and viewing your order details. If you do not have an account, check your email for the details. (Check your spam folder as well)
3. Once your order has reached the shipping address, you will receive “order completed” update notifying you of the completion of your order. (This notification can be sent within 1 week of you receiving your order.)
We do not ship to islands or very remote areas in Canada and USA:
Shipping is available to all mainland States and Provinces in USA and Canada. We do not ship to islands like Hawaii, minor islands in USA, and islands on the east and west coast of Canada. Addresses must be accessible via truck delivery and must not require a ferry or boat to access. Also, certain very remote addresses may be undeliverable. It depends on the availablility of the carriers we use. However, we will make every effort to reach all addresses in Canada and USA. Contact us for more details.
Turnaround Time:
Day 0 (zero) is the day our team sends you the tracking details. If your order is received before 11am Toronto Time (GMT-4) on a business day, then that day will be day 0 (zero). Any order received after 12pm Friday or during the weekend will begin day 0 (zero) on the coming Monday. Sometimes we are still able to send out the order even when receiving the order after 12pm.
Each business day is counted as one day, that means Monday-Friday each count as one business day and Saturday and Sunday are not counted as a business day.
