This guide explains everything you need to know about shipping within Canada and the USA, including delivery timelines, customs fees, and how to track your order.

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping with free delivery on qualifying orders:
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
- $10.99 CAD + HST
- FREE shipping after $159 CAD spend
🇺🇸 USA Shipping
- $14.99 CAD + HST
- FREE shipping after $159 CAD spend
All orders ship from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada.
💰 Customs & Import Taxes (USA Orders Only)
Because we ship from Canada, any order going to the USA may be charged duties and import taxes.
- These fees are NOT charged by KoreanWrappingPaper.com
- They are 100% the buyer’s responsibility
- They may be billed by UPS or U.S. Customs before or during delivery

📦 How Our Shipping Process Works
Here’s what to expect after you place an order:
- Order Confirmation & Processing
After checkout, you’ll receive an “Order Processing” email. This confirms we received your order and payment.
- Tracking Information (Day 0)
On the business day your order is dispatched, we will upload your tracking number to your order notes.
You can find it by:
- Logging into your account → “My Orders,” or
- Checking your email (if you checked out without an account)
📌 Day 0 (zero) = the day you receive your tracking number and when the package has been received by our shipping partner.
- Delivery & Order Completion Notice
Once your package arrives, you will eventually receive an “Order Completed” notification.
This may be sent up to 1 week after your actual delivery date.

We ship to all mainland U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
🚫 We do NOT ship to islands or remote offshore locations.
⏳ Turnaround Time: Understanding “Business Days”
We use the following rules to determine when your order begins processing:
🕘 Orders placed BEFORE 11 AM Toronto time (GMT-4)
Day 0 = the same business day
🕒 Orders placed AFTER 11 AM on Friday or on weekends
Day 0 = the following Monday
✔ Sometimes we can still ship same-day even after 11 AM
This depends on our workload, but we always try our best.
📅 Business days = Monday–Friday
Weekends are not considered business days.
